Diese sind f\u00fcr den gemeinn\u00fctzigen Zweck eigens recht g\u00fcnstig vom Eigent\u00fcmer zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellt. Dennoch bilden die <strong>Mietkosten <\/strong>den gr\u00f6\u00dften Kostenfaktor f\u00fcr unseren jungen Verein.<br><br>Dann sind da noch die <strong>Ausstattungskosten.<\/strong> Da der gesamte Raum im Rohbauzustand zu \u00fcbernehmen war, wurde ein gewisser Ausbauaufwand erforderlich.
